Jurisdictional Support Subaward

Round 2 of the BPC Jurisdictional Support Subawards is now open. All DRCOG jurisdictions are eligible to apply for subawards ranging from up to $250,000 to up to $750,000 to support their capacity to advance building codes and policies targeting new and existing buildings that reduce building-related climate pollution and improve building performance.  

This second round of jurisdictional subawards, totaling $6.55 million, will be administered through a competitive application process. Full details of the policy and evaluation criteria can be found in the Jurisdictional Subaward Round 2 policy. Power Ahead Colorado will host a Pre-application webinar on May 18 (11 AM – 12 PM) to review the subaward opportunity and answer questions from interested jurisdictions, including how to apply, what to apply for and reporting requirements.  

Applications must be submitted via WebGrants - DRCOG and all applications are due on July 3 by 5:00pm. Applicants will need to register in WebGrants to access the application. If you do not already have a login, you will need to click “Click Here to Register” and submit your registration information.
